Flute Cake debut last Friday at Courtlands house raising money for Luca - a little boy who lost his legs because of meningitis. The house is a fantastic venue, a grand place with fantastic views of the Exe estuary. We played a programme including Debussy, Boismortier, Faure and Satie. I think we - Sophie, Jenny and myself - all feel enthused by the experience, we enjoy playing together and scrubbed up nicely! Stay tuned for more details of the treats Flute Cake have to offer.
